With the ability to quickly analyze and get to root-causes, Buster has a track record of creatively engaging individuals, couples, or teams in life transformation as well as problem-solving and supporting business technology and processes for small, medium, and large size institutions.
In 2018, after years of serving Fortune 500 businesses, Buster decided to step out of the corporate scene to fully focus on personal life transformation. He founded VentureMen.org to create an environment for men who are stuck and want to break free and break through to better ways of living. VentureMen is an engaging and experiential life lifting engagement for men ready to begin an adventure of self-discovery and winning at life.
Buster is also the creator of the Enneagram Zero program, which centers on personality types and how to leverage this awareness to your advantage, enabling individuals and teams to get unstuck and replace distraction with traction thriving in life-giving abundance. Through this business, Buster has partnered with nonprofits leading, teaching, and coaching classes, small groups, and individuals.
True to the Venturing spirit, Buster has traveled the world and visited over 30 of the top wonders of the world, engaging many diverse cultures and learning how to experience life from many different points of view. This open and inclusive perspective unleashes a universe of possibility and an expansive experience of exploration.
